Job Title: Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned project lead to oversee IT projects from inception to completion. This includes developing project plans and estimates, managing scope and requirements, planning resources, initiating and executing projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively with senior stakeholders in project calls on priorities, progress, and risks.

This role requires the application of change, risk, and resource management principles daily.

The project lead will resolve higher scope issues, build strong partnerships with stakeholders and project teams, and coordinate scheduling, pricing, and technical performance across the delivery unit.

A key aspect of this role is aiding in contract negotiations and collaborating with the sales team to respond to RFPs.

Requirements:

  • 10–14 years of overall IT experience, with at least 6 years in Project/Program Management.
  • Strong experience managing software development life cycle projects and handling multiple technologies.
  • Mandatory experience in managing eCommerce domain projects (e.g., B2C/B2B platforms, online retail systems, commerce engines).

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Agile principles for IT project/program management.

Experience handling TDD is a plus, as well as excellent knowledge of change management principles and ability to articulate business and technology requirements.

Must possess strong interpersonal skills with collaboration across teams and client environments, proficiency in MS Office, and working knowledge of project management tools.

This role involves working in iterative and multi-disciplinary environments, requiring outstanding leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
