Project Management Leader
Position: Project Director
Job Location: Chennai

The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end execution of EPC projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. The role requires overseeing engineering design, procurement strategy, vendor management, execution planning, and commissioning. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement project planning using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project to drive project execution and ensure successful outcomes.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project strategies and manage project execution from initiation through completion.
3. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
4. Develop and implement project plans that meet business objectives and are aligned with company standards and procedures.

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, business administration, or construction management, is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the EPC industry, is also required. Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment, are essential for success in this role.
