Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, including HVAC, chillers, and plumbing.

  • The selected individual will be responsible for designing, installing, testing, and commissioning mechanical systems in data center projects.
  • They will work closely with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Additionally, the engineer will perform load calculations, heat load analysis, equipment sizing, and selection of HVAC systems to optimize efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and install mechanical systems in Data Center projects.
  • Review design drawings and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Perform load calculations and heat load analysis.
  • Select and size HVAC equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including CRAC/CRAH units, Chillers, AHUs, Cooling Towers, VFDs.
  • Experience in fire-fighting systems, including sprinklers, hydrants, FM200, NOVEC, inert gases.
  • Hands-on experience with plumbing, pumps, piping layouts, valves, and related mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with mechanical codes and standards, including ASHRAE, NFPA, ISHRAE, IS codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, preferably with AutoCAD knowledge.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve complex mechanical issues.
  • Good coordination and communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
  • B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in Data Centers, MEP Projects, or large industrial/commercial facilities.
  • Experience in datacenter projects will be a strong advantage, but not mandatory.
