Credit Strategy Specialist

As a Credit Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing credit underwriting vision and outlook. This includes creating credit and underwriting policies and processes, as well as developing and deploying underwriting models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for credit underwriting operations.
  • Establish and maintain credit policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain credit risk management strategies.
  • Conduct regular reviews of credit policies to ensure they are effective in managing risk.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on credit risk management to senior leadership.
  • Build relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote the organization's credit risk management capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and make recommendations that drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of credit risk management principles and practices to develop and implement effective strategies.
