**Electronics Development Manager Role**

 

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Development Manager to lead the development of advanced power electronics systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining system hardware architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration.

  • Develop and implement system-level design requirements, including component selection, PCB layout, and EMI/EMC compliance.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate control algorithms and ensure functional safety in accordance with automotive standards such as ISO 26262.
  • Guide prototyping and testing processes to validate system performance and reliability.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in managing hardware development projects from concept to delivery. They should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop system-level designs.
  2. Select and integrate components, including MCUs, ADCs, op-amps, shunt resistors, Hall-effect sensors, and isolation devices.
  3. Develop schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer, OrCAD, or KiCAD, adhering to automotive standards.
