Job Purpose:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the acquisition and management of key relationships within the mid-market group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients
  • Develop tailored solutions for clients in line with their business and financial needs
  • Pursue revenue growth opportunities through strategic product offerings
  • Maintain high standards of credit quality, compliance, and risk management
  • Cultivate strong internal stakeholder collaboration across functions

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in corporate relationship management or acquisition
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products and credit analysis
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills
  • Prior MBA/CA/Graduate degree and relevant banking experience an asset
