Job Title: Placement Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic senior manager for our placements team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a strong background from a reputable business school. Expertise in finance, business analytics (BA), or data science (DS) is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding corporate partners for student placements and internships. This includes developing and implementing strategies to onboard new corporate partners, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate partners, negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements to secure placement opportunities, collaborating with academic departments to align placement opportunities with student skills and curriculum, organizing and facilitating regular meetings and communication with corporate partners, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of partnerships to ensure high-quality placements, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that arise during placements, and preparing and presenting reports on partnership status and outcomes to senior management.

Required Skills and Experience:

Education: MBA or equivalent from a reputable business school, with a specialization in finance, business analytics, or data science.

Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field. Strong understanding of the placement process and industry requirements. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to develop and implement successful placement strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Leadership and team management experience. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
