Executive Leader Sought for Shipyard Projects

We are one of India's fastest-growing shipbuilding and ship repair companies, trusted by the Indian Navy and leading shipyards. We deliver piping, hull, electrical, and turnkey projects across India.

Our vision is to become a corporate entity, seeking an accomplished leader who can take ownership of projects and grow into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the coming years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple shipyard projects encompassing piping, hull, electrical, and outfitting.
  • Effectively manage site engineers, supervisors, and 50-100 workforce members.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, adherence to budgets, and stringent quality/safety standards.
  • Coordinate with operational stakeholders including Navy, shipyards, and clients.
  • Oversee manpower allocation, resource planning, and procurement processes.
  • Prepare structured weekly MIS updates and report directly to the CEO.
  • Develop systems and processes (SOPs, reporting, ERP implementation).
Requirements:
  • 8-15 years of experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, oil & gas, or heavy fabrication projects.
  • Proven leadership background in managing engineers, supervisors, and workforce teams.
  • A track record of delivering projects under pressure.
  • Knowledge of piping (inch-dia, spools), hull, welding, QC, and safety protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with client interactions, preferably with Navy/shipyard clients.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and willing to take ownership beyond engineering roles.
  • Ambition to ascend to a COO position within 5 years.
