As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects with unwavering quality. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Proficient in interpreting 2D/3D drawings across various disciplines, including civil, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Identify design discrepancies and anticipate potential execution risks to inform strategic decisions.
  • Validate and review work orders, BOQs, and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop detailed project schedules highlighting task interdependencies and dependencies.
  • Conduct regular site audits through on-site inspections and remote monitoring to maintain quality control.
  • Ensure that all quality and timeline requirements are met, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Provide technical guidance and instructions to site supervisors and project executives.
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, providing timely site updates and progress reports.
  • Foster collaboration between designers and clients, bridging the execution stage of projects.
  • Update project trackers and summaries, sharing weekly progress reports with stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks, develop corrective solutions, and implement them end-to-end.
  • Promote a culture of quality, adhering to checklists and work method statements to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to drive key initiatives, such as SOPs, pricing, and new ventures.
  • Nurture vendor relationships, addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
\Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Management graduate or construction management degree from a reputable institution.
  • Strong background in project management, engineering, or architecture, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Deep understanding of home renovation site execution, with a focus on assessing design feasibility and anticipating execution risks.
  • Process-driven approach to project management, coupled with quick problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and capable of prioritizing work effectively.
  • High level of ownership and learning aptitude.
  • Prior experience in project management or operations is essential for this role.
  • Preferable if worked with ops-focused startups.
  • Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets, with strong data analysis skills.
