Job Title: Finance and Accounting Associate

Location: Kalaburagi, India

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in a cloud-based accounting system.
  • Perform monthly bank and vendor reconciliations. Support end-of-period financial closure activities.
  • Prepare and file GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns on time.
  • Support the finance team in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, budget vs actuals, and cash flow analysis.
  • Liaise with external parties, maintain financial documentation, and support other finance-related tasks as assigned.
Deliverables:
  • Efficient Task Completion: Develop the ability to complete financial tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas in accounting operations that can be streamlined or improved and propose practical solutions.
  • Proactive Ownership: Take initiative in financial operations and contribute actively to improving internal processes and controls.
