Lead Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive innovative marketing campaigns that yield real growth opportunities.
As the head of paid media, you will lead our marketing strategy across channels like Google Ads and Meta, optimizing performance and collaborating with content and creative teams to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
- Monitor, optimize, and report on key metrics such as return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Run A/B tests to refine creatives, messaging, and audience targeting
- Align campaign strategy with business-wide goals through close collaboration
- Stay up-to-date on platform trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven track record in scaling high-impact paid campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
- Clear communication skills and strong reporting abilities
- Based in California or available during Pacific Time hours
- Startup or remote work experience is a plus
