Senior Creative Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Copywriter to lead our creative team in developing innovative and engaging content for multiple brands across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, creativity, and project management, with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.

  • Develop creative concepts and strategies for campaigns and scripts.
  • Collaborate with the new business team on creative ideation and pitches.
  • Presentation of comprehensive creative plans to clients for campaigns and scripts.
  • Maintenance of high standards of creativity and application for awards to recognize team achievements.
  • Receipt of direction, feedback, and references from the creative lead on campaigns and tasks.
  • Coordination with the integrated solutions team on tasks ranging from social media posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provision of visual direction to the graphic design team on ideas and concepts.
  • Breakdown of briefs for junior creatives to ensure efficient processes.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines.
  • Presentation throughout the production process, from idea to final product.
  • Conduct research on brands, competition, target audiences, and brand needs.
