  • Guide the team through daily IT operations, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve user issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Monitor compliance with support procedures and lead periodic audits to maintain high standards.
  • Support continuous learning and technology adoption through coaching and hands-on assistance.
