Job Title: Credit Recovery Specialist

  • Review and manage the company debtor list to identify potential credit risks.
  • Establish effective communication with customers to inform them of overdue payments and negotiate suitable payment plans.
  • Provide guidance on available payment options and methods, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer payments and financial statements for banks and relevant authorities.
  • Issue final warning notices to customers who fail to meet payment obligations and pursue legal action when necessary.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • A minimum qualification of 12th pass and above.
  • Must possess a valid vehicle and driving license.
  • Candidates with a DRA Certificate are highly preferred.
  • Fresher's are encouraged to apply.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language.
  • Strong lead generation and conversion abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Credit Recovery Specialist is an asset.
  • Knowledge of state debt collection laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with payment plans and accounting procedures.
  • Patience and resilience in dealing with challenging situations.
  • Ability to travel locally for customer meetings.
  • Compatibility with required mobile device operating systems (Android/iOS).
