Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to lead our team in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Microservices applications.



  • Serve as a subject matter expert in technical aspects and collaborate with IT professionals to drive innovation.
  • Design architecture, provide architectural recommendations, and define design patterns to ensure scalability and performance.
  • Establish benchmarks and standards for Microservices development and implementation.
  • Provide technical guidance to the team and review architectures for various solutions.
  • Conduct research on software and prototypes to evaluate tools and technologies needed.
  • Design and implement reusable components, mentor junior team members, and contribute to organizational frameworks and tools.
  • Participate in pre-sales discussions, provide solutions, and drive technical conversations with clients and stakeholders.

Java, J2EE, server technologies, Web services, Spring, databases (Relational and non-relational/ NoSQL), Java 8, Multithreading, Concurrency, Restful /SOAP web-services, Microservices, Distributed Systems, Spring Boot, Hibernate JPA, UI technology, Search Engine (like Solr, Elasticsearch), caching technologies (like Redis, Memcached), Rules engines (like Drools), Integration technology, queue technologies like RabbitMQ / Kafka, API Management, programming fundamentals including Data Structures and Algorithms, developing, documenting and deploying Microservices solutions on Cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP, Azure Cloud Native service development, Azure DevOps, API Management, Service Fabrics, Service Bus, Azure Storage, SQL Azure, Container Service, Application Insight, Logic Apps, Notification Hub, Integrations (Synchronous, Asynchronous), GIT, Continuous Integration systems (Hudson/Jenkins) & Bug Tracking (Jira) tools, performance turning and solution for scalability issues, technical leadership and hands-on development experience, data modelling, Restaurant industry specific and corresponding Loyalty implementations, Retail and eCommerce domain, Pre-sales, propose solutions with focus on portability, modularity, virtualization, cloud adaptation, proposals (RFP, RFI), communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and listening), mentoring skills, Agile software development methodology, working with distributed development teams preferably worked in Jira tool, Change and Release management, managing distributed development teams environment.
