Job Description

This role involves creating, publishing, and sharing quality content that educates, informs, and inspires our people, clients, and community. As a social media manager, you will work with an agency to build a social strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, tying with the broader organization's goals.

  • Create and manage a social media calendar to maintain a healthy mix of thought leadership-driven and talent-branding content pipelines.
  • Work with the design team and design agencies to create different formats of content for various channels.
  • Interact and engage with delivery/stream leads and knowledge experts and become familiar with publishing priorities of one or more industry/functional practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B social media roles, including digital publishing, preferably in the Analytics/Technology/Management consulting industries.
  • Superlative writing skills and an interest in writing about Tech, looking for a storyteller who can bring data and analytics to life.
  • Bachelors degree in English, communications, linguistics, or related field (Masters degree a plus).
  • Strong editorial judgment, ability to rapidly absorb complex ideas and distill them into accessible copy for global audiences.
  • Familiarity with social media tools and platforms like SEMRush/Moz, Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and management.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, commensurate with expertise and experience. Our compensation packages are among the best in the industry.
