Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist and Website Content Administrator to join our team in a dynamic role that combines creativity with analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and regularly update the organization's website with engaging, informative content that resonates with target audiences.
  2. Monitor and manage company presence across social media platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy in branding and messaging.
  3. Plan and launch digital advertisements to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website through strategic marketing campaigns.
  4. Develop, implement, and refine SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and visibility by leveraging keyword research and competitor analysis.
  5. Track, analyze, and report website analytics and digital campaign performance using metrics and data-driven insights to inform future decisions.
  6. Identify bugs, deficiencies, or optimization gaps and provide timely solutions to ensure seamless user experience by applying technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills.
  7. Optimize landing pages, keywords, and website content for better visibility and search engine ranking by conducting thorough keyword research and implementing effective SEO best practices.

Requirements:

  • Basic graphic design skills using CorelDraw or similar tools for creating social media creatives, brochures, flyers, and labels, with attention to visual appeal and clarity.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and SEO best practices, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL for web development and database management, with ability to troubleshoot technical issues and apply programming applications.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and basic troubleshooting for resolving technical issues, with a focus on creative problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation, including writing, editing, and publishing engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborative and dedicated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
