Director of Marketing Operations

We are seeking a strategic marketing leader to drive operations, optimize digital channels and scale performance across SEO, PPC, Email and Social.

This role requires a seasoned marketer with expertise in automation, analytics and digital channel management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving ROI improvement and delivering insights-driven reporting.

  • Lead marketing operations, automation & analytics.
  • Drive channel performance, traffic and conversions.
  • Deliver insights, dashboards and ROI-driven reporting.
  • Optimize vendor partnerships and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Enable team success and cross-channel synergy.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in marketing ops/eCommerce (4+ years with US B2C tech).
  • Expertise in automation, analytics, SEO, PPC, Email and Social.
  • Strong leadership with proven ROI improvement track record.
  • Comfortable with flexible working hours.
