Job Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee employee records in an HRMS system. This is a key position that requires strong organizational skills and expertise in HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRMS software.
  • Analyze and present comprehensive HR reports and dashboards for management review, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Utilize data design tools incorporating AI technology to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems that support the organization's overall goals.
  • Provide guidance and support in designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Manage and resolve employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Organize and deliver training & development programs to foster professional growth and enhance employee capabilities.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and cultivate a positive working culture that promotes collaboration and productivity.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives exceptional results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expert knowledge of HR practices and tools/software, including MS Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS systems and data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
