Senior AEM Developer Job Summary

Role Overview:

The Senior AEM Developer is responsible for leading the development of enterprise-level web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.

  • Lead the approach, design, and architecture of WCM solutions leveraging the AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) platform including CRX/CRXDE, WCM, DAM, Analytics, and Social Collaboration.
  • Establish auditing procedures to ensure continued integrity.
  • Assist in post-implementation continuous improvement efforts to enhance performance and provide increased functionality.
  • Implement Adobe Experience Manager solutions for web and mobile platforms.
  • Assess digital market technology choices to determine fit, including software and hardware.
  • Lead transformation of core IT systems.
  • Design target architectures for technology domains and develop roadmaps for transformation.
  • Screen and evaluate new technologies to optimize current solutions and ensure sustainability.
  • Responsible for technical design, development, and maintenance of software applications and their associated components within the team.
  • Oversee Adobe development efforts and provide technical assistance as required.
Key Responsibilities:Technical Proficiency

Provide technical expertise in architecture, configuration, upgrades, assessments, DevOps, integrations, customization, sizing for enterprise applications.

Troubleshoot environments and review/recommend system designs and implementations for the Web applications portfolio.

WCM Solutions

Lead the approach, design, and architecture of WCM solutions leveraging the AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) platform including CRX/CRXDE, WCM, DAM, Analytics, and Social Collaboration.

Digital Transformation

Lead transformation of core IT systems.

Design target architectures for technology domains and develop roadmaps for transformation.

Technology Assessment

Assess digital market technology choices to determine fit, including software and hardware.

Screen and evaluate new technologies to optimize current solutions and ensure sustainability.

Technical Leadership

Responsible for technical design, development, and maintenance of software applications and their associated components within the team.

Oversee Adobe development efforts and provide technical assistance as required.
