About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Channel Operations Manager to shape the future of cybersecurity.

This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and ongoing effectiveness.

  • Support internal channel teams and external partners by responding to and managing inbound requests and inquiries relating to the Nextwave partner program.
  • Grant, validate, and troubleshoot access to the partner portal, ensuring accurate partner program compliance data.
  • Handle deal registration exception process and update partner locator (SFDC based tool) data and troubleshoot issues.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can drive business process improvements and establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the Global Ecosystem Operations team and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Lead and support the defining, implementation, and enablement of business process improvements.
  • Initiate and establish strong trusted partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
  • Assist with tool maintenance and data clean-up projects.
