Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new high net worth customers and deepen relationships with existing ones to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze and satisfy customers' financial and investment needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Manage customer portfolios to minimize attrition and optimize revenue stability.
  • Monitor and achieve key performance indicators at the highest level.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the customer base, including demographics, psychographics, and assets held within and outside the bank.

Sales Objectives:

  • Achieve product mix targets and focus on acquiring resident customers.
  • Aggressively cross-sell and upsell Wealth, Asset, and Trade/Forex products to maximize sales efficiency.
  • Maximize productivity to achieve 'best in class' sales process efficacy and meet budgeted cross-sell targets.
  • Develop and execute aggressive sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of the customer base in accordance with the Group-approved Relationship Matrix.

Integration and Compliance:

  • Manage customer transitions with utmost sensitivity and awareness of all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with these policies and procedures, reporting any suspicious transactions to the supervising officer.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking/Insurance, with a focus on client relationship management.
  • Proven experience in managing client books and driving business growth.
