Relationship Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new high net worth customers and deepen relationships with existing ones to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze and satisfy customers' financial and investment needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Manage customer portfolios to minimize attrition and optimize revenue stability.
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators at the highest level.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the customer base, including demographics, psychographics, and assets held within and outside the bank.
Sales Objectives:
- Achieve product mix targets and focus on acquiring resident customers.
- Aggressively cross-sell and upsell Wealth, Asset, and Trade/Forex products to maximize sales efficiency.
- Maximize productivity to achieve 'best in class' sales process efficacy and meet budgeted cross-sell targets.
- Develop and execute aggressive sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of the customer base in accordance with the Group-approved Relationship Matrix.
Integration and Compliance:
- Manage customer transitions with utmost sensitivity and awareness of all relevant policies and procedures.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with these policies and procedures, reporting any suspicious transactions to the supervising officer.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking/Insurance, with a focus on client relationship management.
- Proven experience in managing client books and driving business growth.
