Portfolio Manager Role Summary

">

The ideal candidate for this Portfolio Manager position will be responsible for managing all collections processes for an allocated portfolio, focusing on resolution, normalization, rollback/absolute recovery and Return On Recovery (ROR). This role requires a strategic approach to drive business targets through extended teams of field executives and callers.

Key Responsibilities

">
  1. Allocate portfolios to aligned vendors/NFTEs, conduct ongoing reviews to drive performance on business targets, and extend support to field executives and callers.
  2. Develop tactical short-term incentive plans for NFTEs to increase productivity and drive DRR.
  3. Evaluate critical segments as defined by the business and drive performance on them.
  4. Maintain adherence to hardship tools and settlement waivers both in terms of rate and value.
  5. Conduct field visits on critical accounts and ensure proper documentation in Collect24 system of all field visits and telephone calls to customers.
  6. Raise red flags in a timely manner based on deterioration in portfolio health indicators/frauds and raise alarms on critical incidents as per compliance guidelines.
  7. Ensure that all guidelines mentioned in the SVCL are followed and process hygiene is maintained at aligned agencies.
  8. Maintain 100% data security using secured data transfer modes and data purging as per policy.
  9. Closing customer complaints received within the given timeframe.
  10. Perform thorough due diligence while onboarding/offboarding/renewing a vendor and complete necessary formalities prior to allocation.
  11. Ensure agencies raise invoices on time.
  12. Monitor NFTE ACR CAPE as per the collection strategy.

Requirements

  • Credit Card knowledge along with good understanding of Collection Processes
  • Competencies critical to the role: Analytical Ability, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving, Result Orientation, Process Orientation
  • Post-Graduate / Graduate in any discipline
  • Preferred Industry: FSI
