We're building a design-first product team on a mission to delight users with stunning, intuitive, and emotionally intelligent UI, craft world-class visuals, interactions, and systems, and reflect both cultural nuance and visual excellence.

Key responsibilities include translating wireframes, user journeys, and product goals into high-fidelity, visually compelling UI designs, collaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, and building and maintaining tokenized design systems, reusable UI components, and micro interaction libraries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong command of core visual design principles, advanced expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, proven experience in building, scaling, and maintaining component-based design systems, and ability to quickly translate briefs into polished, production-ready UI.

Cross-functional collaboration excellence is also crucial, including working closely with UX designers, front-end developers, and participating in design reviews to nurture a high-standard design culture.

You will be creating emotionally resonant and visually elegant UIs across our product suite, scalable, consistent design systems tailored for culturally diverse audiences, and interfaces that balance beauty, simplicity, and usability rooted in user empathy.

Responsibilities
