Job Title: Digital Product Specialist

We are seeking a skilled digital product specialist to fill this critical role. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating user-centered digital products that meet the needs of our global customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve digital product design (apps, web, and integrations)
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual interfaces
  • Collaborate closely with product, technology, and marketing teams
  • Ensure consistency of visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Conduct usability research and apply user feedback to design improvements
  • Document scalable design guidelines and systems for the team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital product design
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Solid knowledge of UX/UI and user-centered design
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear and functional visual solutions
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset in multidisciplinary teams
  • Updated portfolio with relevant project examples

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech, payment apps, or global digital platforms
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Knowledge of motion design, advanced prototyping, or design systems
