About the Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Program Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in stakeholder management, research, and problem-solving. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement program plans, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex programs from initiation to delivery
  • Develop and implement program plans, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring program success and minimizing potential impacts
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Analyze complex data to inform business decisions and drive growth

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in program management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Program Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
  • Strong knowledge of business operations and management principles
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work across functional teams
