Accounting Position Overview

As an accountant, you will be responsible for various financial tasks including managing financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and availability. This role requires a strong background in accounting principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Manage GST data and file returns as per legal guidelines.
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices to customers.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and update records accordingly.
  • Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
  • Review expenses and payroll records.
  • Participate in other accounting projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Zoho Books is beneficial.
  • 2 years of experience in accounting is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • CA certification is advantageous.
