We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to oversee our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounts and financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial data.
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow strategies.
  • Lead the accounting team in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including filing GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax Returns (ITR).
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Foster a culture of excellence within the accounting team, promoting professional development and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field, preferably CA Inter/CA Drop-out.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management, including at least 3 years' industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of taxation, accounting principles, and financial regulations, including GST, TDS, and ITR.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the accounting team.
