As a User Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for driving user growth through strategic campaign planning and execution. This role requires an expert in the field of digital marketing to lead our team in creating innovative and effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up new campaigns and optimize existing ones on various platforms.
  • Build, track, and optimize user acquisition campaigns to achieve desired ROI and ROAS.
  • Develop performance reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in user acquisition, preferably in mobile games.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven track record of mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and experience working in a metrics-driven role.
  • Practical knowledge of tracking technologies, methods, and UA KPIs.
  • Exposure to tools like Adjust, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, and Meta Business suite.
