Hospital Administrator

Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a hospital, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.Main Responsibilities:
1. Management of non-clinical staff including nursing technicians and other personnel.2. Coordinating with doctors and handling patient care-related issues
3. Overseeing daily billing and collection from patients,
4. Ensuring proper filing and noting of patient records,
5. Managing procurement of materials for various hospital operations,
6. Arranging on-call duties in case of absent regular doctors,
7. Coordinating with Third Party Administrators (TPA) and insurance companies for claim settlements,
8. Responsible for overall administration of hospital operations including marketing, pharmacy, maintenance, and housekeeping.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have experience in healthcare administration and management.About This Opportunity
