Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Growth Strategist to lead our Ed-tech firm's growth and profitability. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for the business.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to execute the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the company's customer base.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
  • Manage product development initiatives, including ideation, design, and launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience managing P&L for a business unit.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
