Job Overview

As a Principal Design Strategist, you will oversee the development of architectural designs and lead project teams to ensure successful project outcomes. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in architectural design software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Manage project teams, develop project plans, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Design Development: Create and refine architectural designs, considering factors such as functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure designs are constructible, comply with relevant codes and regulations, and meet client expectations.
  • Mentorship: Guide and supervise junior designers, providing technical guidance and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an architect with 3-5 or more years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and knowledge of BIM technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide teams and stakeholders.
  • A highly creative approach to design and problem-solving.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in plans and specifications.
