Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst / Sr Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in managing remittances and other payment products.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Process daily transactions accurately and efficiently.
  2. Supervise and oversee the team's development and provide training where required.
  3. Work closely with overseas branches to process/execute transactions as per accuracy / quality standards / SLAs of the Bank.
  4. Support and resolve customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  5. Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders within MUFG.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing remittances and other payment products.
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office).
  • Knowledge of SWIFT message types and Payment Systems; GPP, CHAPS, RTGS etc.
  • Exposure to clearing and payment processes (Both inward and outward).
  • Understanding various system application used for clearing / deposit booking.
