
Senior Growth Manager

As a Business Development professional, you will be responsible for driving relationship management with existing partners to ensure smooth business functioning.
- We are looking for a skilled professional who can deliver against volume, revenue, penetration and growth targets for assigned partners.
- The ideal candidate will identify business expansion and growth opportunities across product categories.
- You will develop sales pipelines through business partners leveraging all available resources in coordination with the product team, operations, industry networking, market intelligence, etc.
- Key responsibilities include managing and growing business in collaboration with internal constituents and external stakeholders to create and execute a go-to-market approach, marketing plans, collaterals, media, plan, campaigns and promotions, pricing and service delivery models for both existing and new products.
- Product enhancement implementation across existing set of partners is essential to ensure business growth of the channel.
- Liaising with cross-functional teams like Business, Product, tech, marketing, compliance etc. to ensure timely customizations.
- Facilitating seamless onboarding of new opportunities.
- Conducting partner training programs, panel discussions, Reward & Recognition events for partner engagement.
- Developing and managing brand positioning strategies.
- Timely communication with customers, partners and stakeholders is crucial.
- Ensuring compliance as per regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Enterprise sales / Channel management / Relationship Management experience.
- Experience in FX retail preferred.
- CXO / Leadership engagement capabilities.
- Financial products & tech knowledge.
- Good interpersonal skills to build relationships towards growth objectives.
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement.
- Data-driven and customer-oriented.
- Proactive, self-driven and persistent individuals.
- Qualification: Graduates with MBA/PG.
