Job Title: Plant Operations Manager

Job Description:

As a seasoned plant operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of various process equipment and plant machinery. Your expertise in electrical and instrumentation systems will be valuable assets in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

  • Maintenance of process equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • At least 15 years of experience in a senior position, preferably as a plant engineering head.
  • Hands-on experience in managing a large engineering services team, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineers, technicians, and contractors.
  • Excellent technical and maintenance skills, with a strong understanding of construction standards and industry regulations.
