Plant Operations Specialist

The role of the Plant Operations Specialist is to ensure the smooth operation of our plant equipment and utilities.

  • Perform routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment and utilities
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain utilities including HVAC Systems, Compressed Air System, Water Systems, RO, DM, WFI, Soft Water Plant, Boilers and Steam Generation, Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Generators, DG Sets, Chillers and Cooling Towers
  • Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
  • Maintain documentation as per GMP and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure equipment calibration and validation in coordination with QA QC teams
  • Attend to any engineering-related emergencies in a timely manner
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with safety standards
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in performing routine maintenance tasks on industrial equipment
  • Knowledge of utility systems, such as HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, and steam generation
  • Understanding of engineering principles and safety protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
