Plant Operations Manager

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant activities in the chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production planning to ensure seamless execution and minimal downtime
  • Oversee quality control measures to guarantee products meet industry standards
  • Collaborate with R&D and QA/QC teams to scale up trials and develop new products
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of chemical reactions, batch processing, and process safety management
  • Hands-on experience handling chemicals such as Acrylic Polyols, PU Specialty Coatings, PVC Chemicals, and Auxiliaries
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in chemical engineering and experience managing cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
