Operational Excellence Leader

We seek an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to spearhead the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives throughout our organization.

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in lean management, six sigma methodologies, and team leadership. They will be responsible for facilitating assessment of current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and leading value stream mapping projects to drive operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that align with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strategic plans for process excellence initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Mentor and coach team members on continuous improvement tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Lead deployments of lean daily management systems, promoting standardized work practices and improving overall process execution.
Requirements

Applicants should have a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of lean and six sigma principles is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
