Job Title: Senior Manager Operation Excellence

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a Senior Manager of Operation Excellence to lead our site in achieving operational excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the deployment of Operational Excellence Programs across the site.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Daily Management System Design and structure that ensures adherence to OMS through a robust health-check process.
  • Align Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with business vision, mission, and plant KPIs, and facilitate the development of individual KPIs.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects focused on waste elimination to improve quality, yields, reduce cycle times, cost, and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement a ZERO Loss mindset on Safety, Quality, Material, Energy, and resources through creative sustained engagement programs.
  • Launch Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Pillars in key Blocks.
  • Track and report projected benefits; create an open environment for learning and facilitate Business Excellence/Mentor Green Belts and Advocates for Lean Sigma Projects.
  • Establish a network with other sites/functions to exchange knowledge and best practices both internally and externally.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical soundness with Black-Belt/Master Black-belt in Lean/Six-sigma.
  • Engineering degree with experience in manufacturing/engineering/TPM is a must.
  • Shopfloor experience in unionized factories is a must.
  • Ability to get things done with speed and agility.
  • Strong influencing skills without using power.
  • Willingness to re-locate and scalability to take up other roles in the factory.
  • Proven track record of coaching team members at all levels.
