Job Title: Business Process Optimization Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business process optimization initiatives. As a Business Process Optimization Lead, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across various functions and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Harmonized Processes: Implement harmonized processes across departments to create a standardized approach to operations.
  • Effective Deployment of Technologies: Identify and prioritize automation opportunities to reduce manual processes and operational redundancies.
  • High-Performance Team Management: Develop and implement a high-performance mindset within teams. Monitor and coach team members to improve performance.
  • Regional Improvement Projects: Identify and lead regional improvement projects focusing on operational waste reduction, simplification, and efficiency gains.
  • Project Management: Participate in global projects, working closely with project management teams to manage effective implementation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Education:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in project management and/or business process improvement.

Certifications:

  • Certification in LEAN Six Sigma, Project Management would be advantageous.

Skills:

  • Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and align operational processes with strategic business goals.
  • Change Management: Skilled in managing change effectively to drive the adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, assess performance, and inform process optimizations.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proactive in identifying opportunities to reduce waste, automate tasks, and simplify workflows.
