The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented manufacturing professional to contribute to process improvements, production efficiency, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor search and development to optimize material costs and maintain strong relationships
  • Negotiating with suppliers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Setting up manufacturing and quality control processes at contract manufacturers
  • Procurement of raw materials and semi-finished goods for lifestyle products
  • Implementing ERP systems to streamline workflows
  • Business operations including certifications, pricing, and logistics
  • Inventory management to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
  • Rapid R&D prototyping to reduce lead times and improve speed to market
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements include:

  • Able to navigate challenges independently using problem-solving skills
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
  • 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setup
