We are seeking an experienced Chief Talent Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing all recruiting tasks, overseeing the hiring process, and ensuring that all necessary modifications are made as required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record of successfully sourcing top talent.

  • Manage and implement all recruiting tasks, including job postings on forums, social media, and advertisements.
  • Source candidates for recruitment, analyzing and noting down every job's requirements and objectives before publishing the posting.
  • Screen job applications and shortlist candidates, conducting interviews and tests to filter them further and advance them to the next level relevant to their job posting.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to ensure that the recruitment process is streamlined and efficient.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for presenting reports on recruitment and analyzing the status of recruitment practices regularly to the team and management.
