Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a skilled and diligent HSE specialist to support the safe execution of complex oil & gas projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive HSE orientations, inductions, and awareness sessions for personnel.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust HSE plans, welfare programs, emergency response procedures, and site-specific HSE protocols.
  • Assist in the implementation of Site-Specific Operating Procedures (SSOP), including Permit-to-Work (PTW), Work Management System (WMS), and risk assessments.
  • Monitor and control hazardous substances such as hydrogen sulfide.
  • Conduct regular HSE inspections and investigations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and promote a safety-first culture.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in HSE, preferably in construction, fabrication, installation, commissioning, operations, or production in the oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification.
  • Additional HSE training and certifications are advantageous.

Desirable Skills and Competencies:

  • Practical experience in implementing SSOP and conducting HSE audits.
  • Awareness of industry standards and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
