Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned accounting expert to join our global assurance team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading engagements from our Global Delivery Services (GDS) front, ensuring timely and high-quality work that meets EY standards.

You will demonstrate strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) while performing reviews of procedures performed by GDS staff. Your knowledge of EY tools will enable you to make reviews more efficient and meaningful.

In this role, you will develop and maintain productive relationships with key EY Global counterparts, including Assurance executives based out of Americas or Europe.

You will also develop an understanding of EY Quality and Risk Management procedures, ensuring these are embedded into the engagement team's work.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) / ACCA / CPA
  • 3-4 years post-qualification experience with either mid-or top-tier accounting firm focused on external or Assurance reviews or MNC or larger domestic Indian companies, preferably within a Shared Service Environment
