Financial Accounting Transformation Expert

This role involves leading global process improvements, developing standardized intercompany processes, and mitigating risks. We are seeking an experienced professional with strong understanding of financial accounting principles and best practices.

About the Role

  • To develop, document, and maintain global processes aligned with policies and best practices.
  • Identify and manage risks related to intercompany transactions.
  • Lead change initiatives for process updates, system upgrades, or organizational restructuring affecting intercompany activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and tax requirements for intercompany transactions.
  • Act as primary point of contact for intercompany process issues.

Requirements

  • 14+ years post qualification experience in Financial Accounting & Process Transformation.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, HFM, SAP).
  • Knowledge of IFRS / GAAP.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a global matrix environment.
