Job Opportunity:
- You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial transactions and ensuring timely account finalization.
- Manage daily funds and arrange corporate finance through banking relationships.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of tax laws, including Direct Tax Law, TDS, and coordinate with consultants for tax assessment and appeals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and consultants to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor and control accounting software configuration to ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate ROC compliance, including annual returns of companies and LLP, with auditors in a timely manner.
- Oversee vendor payments and liaison with statutory authorities, including Income Tax, VAT, and TDS departments.
- Maintain GST compliance, including monthly GST returns, and ensure TDS compliance by booking entries in Microsoft Navision for all expenses and fixed assets.
- Nurture banking relationships, including handling NEFT and RTGS transactions.
Requirements and Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is crucial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Navision and other relevant accounting software is necessary.
- Knowledge of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and GST regulations is mandatory.
