  • Oversees treasury management, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, fund allocation, and risk management.
Investor & Stakeholder Relations
  • Provides regular financial insights to investors and stakeholders.
  • Prepares presentations and performance reports for investment discussions.
  • Leads financial and operational due diligence, ensuring compliance and risk assessment protocols.
Process & Technology Optimization
  • Implements financial technology solutions to streamline operations.
  • Drives automation and efficiency in financial reporting and compliance.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Leads and mentors a finance team, fostering excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with business growth.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in financial leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, investor relations, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in manufacturing, technology, or aerospace industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
