We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our mission to eliminate unacceptable working conditions and eradicate child labor in the Indian mica supply chain. As a Workplace Standard Auditor and Trainer, you will be responsible for establishing gap assessments of mica processors and mines versus our Global Workplace Standard (GWS) and designing corrective action plans.

The ideal candidate will have strong social and environmental auditing expertise, exceptional coordination and monitoring skills, and experience in supply chain sustainability management. You will also be required to coordinate collective third-party audit protocols, liaise with accredited auditing companies, develop training content, and facilitate training sessions on responsible workplace standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct gap assessments of mica processors and mines versus our Global Workplace Standard (GWS)
  • Design corrective action plans to address identified gaps
  • Coordinate collective third-party audit protocols
  • Liaise with accredited auditing companies
  • Develop training content on responsible workplace standards
  • Facilitate training sessions on responsible workplace standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong social and environmental auditing expertise
  • Exceptional coordination and monitoring skills
  • Experience in supply chain sustainability management
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required
  • High-level integrity and ethical standards
