About Us

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert to manage our Question Bank, a comprehensive panel of Subject Experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Content Development: Collaborate with experts to develop high-quality questions for assessments.
  • Content Creation: Develop MCQs in General Knowledge & Current Affairs.
  • Question Bank Management:
  • Create and maintain question banks.
  • Establish quality standards for content review.
  • SME Management:
  • Define selection criteria and strategy.
  • Monitor SME performance and quality.
  • Train and develop SME pools in different domains/subjects.
  • Coordinate extensively with SMEs for content development activities.
  • Test Designing: Create test designs in areas of expertise and collaborate with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets.
  • Support Lead Subject Admin: Deliver projects and other requirements as per organizational needs.

Requirements:

  • Subject Competency: School subjects up to 12th level, NCERT syllabus.
  • Understanding of the country's education system and NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
  • Experience in Education Sector related to Assessment & Evaluation: Test Designs/Blueprints, Question Development.
