Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • 1. Brand Voice & Storytelling
    • Earnest consistent brand voice and storytelling across all digital channels, including the website, Instagram, Emailers, and WhatsApp.
    • Build and maintain communication guidelines to ensure tone and style consistency across teams and platforms.
  • 2. Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Conceptualise and develop engaging campaigns that reinforce our positioning as the go-to destination for curated, modern Indian fashion.
    • Align campaigns with product drops, festivals, collaborations, and brand initiatives.
    • Ability to ideate and execute cohesive campaigns from concept to completion.
  • 3. Content Creation & Design
    • Design and deliver all digital communication assets, including static creatives, Reels, Stories, GIFs, emailers, and website banners.
    • Be comfortable and confident being in front of the camera to model and create engaging content.
    • Oversee end-to-end execution of visual content - from concept to final output - ensuring brand aesthetics are maintained.
    • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is essential.
  • 4. Digital Engagement & Community
    • Manage day-to-day digital communication across platforms to ensure timely, engaging, and relevant messaging.
    • Support growth and engagement by producing creative content that drives conversations, shares, and saves.
  • 5. Innovation & Trendspotting
    • Stay updated on digital communication trends, platform updates, and content formats.
    • Introduce new ideas for storytelling and brand expression that resonate with the evolving audience.
    • Should be able to use AI tools for content creation.
